- Fixed Pricing: Our prices are non-negotiable. We believe in providing consistent, high-quality services at fair rates.

- Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon final approval of the design. This ensures mutual trust and commitment.

- Refund Policy: Refunds are only applicable if work has not yet started based on your chosen theme and specifications. Once the creation process begins, refunds will no longer be possible due to the custom nature of our services.

- Exchange Policy: Design changes or theme exchanges are only allowed before work commences. Once the design process has started, no further changes to the chosen theme are permitted.

- Modifications: We allow adjustments to text, images, fonts, and colors within the scope of provided design samples. Any additional changes beyond this will incur extra charges based on the scope of work.

- Revisions: We offer two free revisions after presenting the first draft. Any further adjustments after final approval will be charged as per our standard revision rates.

- Output Formats: All designs are delivered in JPEG format. If you require PDF or Smart Card conversions, an additional fee of ₹50 per page will apply.

- Watermark Removal: To remove the “Designed by Saatphere Studios” watermark, a fee of ₹200 will be charged. This option ensures the credit for our creative work is respected unless otherwise agreed upon.

- Non-Refundable Payments: As our services are delivered digitally, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. We value the trust you place in us and assure you that we uphold the highest standards of service.
